Laparoscopic Adhesiolysis (56K modem speed) (DSL or cable modem) of bowel adhesions post hysterectomy. This technique uses the Coherent 5000L carbon 13 CO2 laser. The yellow is fat that naturally surrounds the bowel. The bowel is adhered to the left side of the pelvis.
